We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your jewelry, we offer returns within 7 days of purchase.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- Must be returned in original, proper packaging
- All original tags and documentation must be included
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase
How to Return Contact our customer care team at hello@lavéga.com to initiate a return. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item in proper condition, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
